Outlook Licence

Company                                                              means The Messaging Centre Limited (trading as the Text Messaging Centre) whose registered office address is at 4th Floor, 51-53 Great Marlborough Street, London, W1F 7JT (Registered Number 04552219).

Email Messaging Service                                 means the use of the Software to send and receive SMS messages through Microsoft Outlook via the Website or any other electronic mail software that may be added from time to time;

Software                                                               means the software provided by the Company which may be downloaded by you to install and use the Email Messaging Service

Website                                                                means the Company’s website at www.tmcsms.com

These terms and conditions together with the Company’s general terms and conditions applicable to all services and found here apply to your access and use of the Email Messaging Service. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions (without any modification by you) then you may not use the Email Messaging Service. Your downloading of the Software will serve as acceptance of these terms and conditions and the Company’s general terms and conditions applicable to all our services.

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and will post any amended terms and conditions on the Website. By accessing the Email Messaging Service you will be bound by the then current terms and conditions at the time you accessed the Email Messaging Service.

The Email Messaging Service is only available to subscribers of the Company and any person who is not a subscriber should not download the Software.

You agree to pay for use of the Email Messaging Service in accordance with the Company’s current charges as updated from time to time here

As the Email Messaging Service inter-operates with Microsoft Outlook anti-spyware programs which may identify the Email Messaging Service as a potential threat to the computer on which it is installed. The Company confirms that the Email Messaging Service does not contain spyware and makes no use of information accessed through Microsoft Outlook except to send and receive SMS messages.

You are responsible for ensuring and maintaining the security of all computers and equipment (including all applications on such computers such as Microsoft Outlook) used by you in connection with the Email Messaging Service. The Company shall not be liable for any breach of security save in accordance with its general terms and conditions here

To the fullest extent permitted by law the Company excludes all liability for any failure of the Software to act in accordance with any specification or for any damage to your computer, IT equipment or network caused by the Software or its installation and for any bugs or spyware which result in unsolicited SMS messages being sent to a user by email. In any event the Company’s liability shall be limited in accordance with its general terms and conditions. You are responsible for taking all necessary measures to back up data and to protect against the loss of data.

You confirm that you own or have the right to install the Software on the system on which it will be installed and have the authority to enter into this contract.
