AGREEMENT

The Agreement consists of the terms and conditions set out in this Connection Agreement signature page and Our Premium Rate Paltform Terms and Conditions, the Outpayment Schedule 1a and the Service Description attached.

By a representative duly authorised to enter into the Agreement on Your behalf signing the Agreement on the date below and returning it to Us, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Our Premium Rate SMS Platform Terms and Conditions and the Outpayments in force at any time which can be viewed at www.tmcsms.com.

SCHEDULE 1b: BULK SMS

All non-premium bulk SMS messages charged at 8.0p

ICSTIS regulation requires that providers of subscription services send a Bulk or non-chargeable message on receipt of a new subscription, on receipt of a STOP command and other information messages.
